Class Action Lawsuit Filed By KGS Against Verifone

KGS has filed a class action lawsuit against Verifone Holdings, Inc on behalf of shareholders who purchased shares of the stock between August of 06 and Dec of 07.

 No class has currently been certified for this claim, unless a class is selected for this class action lawsuit you are not represented unless you have an attorney.

Verifone and its certain officers of the company are charged with making misleading statements about the companies actions and business in violation of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”).

On Dec 7th the company surprised investors by stating that previously released earnings could no longer be relied on.
